For over twenty five years, Eagle Measurements have been carrying out measured surveys for a large variety of clients in a number of countries.
Using up-to-date Leica equipment, we measure on site, producing clear, easy to use drawings for architectural, planning, management and design purposes.

Floor Plans
A two dimensional, top-down drawing of a floor or floors of a building.
Topographical Site Plans
A drawing showing the main physical features on the ground (such as building footprints, trees, roads, manholes, etc as well as any changes in level).
Elevations
A drawing that shows the front, back or side of a building. This view can be either an exterior or interior view.
Area Calculations
A drawing that shows the area measurements (GEA, GIA, NIA, IPMS 1,2 & 3 in square feet & square metres) taken up by a building or part of it.

Case Study #1
The client required a topographical survey for planning purposes. The plan needed to be geo-located to the Ordnance Survey grid and datum.
This drawing was created using Leica GPS & Total Station and drawn using autocad.
Case Study #2
Our client, an architect, required up-to-date drawings of a large country residence.
Using Leica Disto instruments and Autocad, we produced comprehensive plans showing all walls, windows, doors, stairs, sanitary ware and beams.

A large number of our clients require Land Registry compliant lease plans.
